Strategic Business Advisory for Revenue-Generating Founders

You don’t need another tool or pep talk.

You need your business to make sense.

This is a focused 6-week advisory for founders who are already operating a real business but feel friction in how it’s structured.

We’ll look at how your strategy, pricing, team, and execution actually work together — and where they don’t. You’ll leave with a clear set of decisions and next steps.

No ongoing coaching. No vague frameworks.

For founders leading revenue-generating businesses.

This is for you if:

  • Your business is generating revenue, but growth feels heavier than it should.

  • Your team is busy, but not fully aligned.

  • You’re making too many decisions alone.

  • You want clarity, not motivation.

Who it’s designed for

For founders who know something is off — but can’t quite pinpoint it.

You’re not trying to get your first customer. You already have revenue, responsibilities, and people relying on you. The issue isn’t effort. It’s structure.

Where you likely are

  • You’ve moved past early experiments.

  • Revenue exists.

  • The team is small but real.

What you’re noticing

  • Growth has slowed or become inconsistent.

  • You’re spread thin across too many priorities.

  • You’re carrying too much of the decision-making alone.

Who this is not for

  • Pre-revenue founders.

  • People looking for implementation or task management.

  • Anyone wanting weekly accountability instead of structural clarity.

  • Companies not ready to make changes based on what we find.

A document you can run the business from.

At the end of the engagement, you receive a written Strategic Advisory Brief.

It includes:

  • Where the business stands today.

  • The structural issues holding it back.

  • A prioritized set of decisions for the next 3–12 months.

  • Clear implications for team, focus, offers, and operating model.

We’ll review the brief together in a live session. You’ll be able to ask questions and pressure-test the decisions before you act on them.

If needed, the brief can be formatted for your leadership team, investors, or key hires.

Founder feedback

“This was the first time our business made sense to me end-to-end.”

Names and details intentionally kept light on this page. In the Strategic Conversation, I’m happy to share specific examples of how this process has helped founders simplify product lines, restructure teams, and make difficult but necessary calls with confidence.

Questions experienced founders tend to ask.

If we decide to work together, you’re trusting me with real decisions. These answers should help you sense whether the fit is right before we speak.

Is this right for pre-revenue founders?

No. This work is built for founders already serving paying customers. The decisions we focus on assume real revenue, real constraints, and real trade-offs.

If you’re earlier than that, I’ll gladly point you toward something more appropriate.

What do you need from me before we begin?

Before Week 1, I’ll ask for a short intake and a few basics:
– A simple view of revenue and costs
– Your current offers and pricing
– Team structure (if you have one)
– Any strategy docs you already use

No polished deck required. I need reality, not presentation.

Will you help us implement the plan?

No. Implementation is not part of this engagement. My role is to help you see the structure clearly and decide where to focus. You can execute with your team or partners. If helpful, I can make introductions.

Is this a one-time engagement, or ongoing?

There’s no required retainer. The 6-week advisory is designed to stand on its own. Some founders choose occasional follow-up sessions later, but that’s separate.
